Make a character to get in tune with said species

Why.
So yes, I've working on a new, more dragonoid species this time around, rather than avian. This species will have two subgenes both land dwelling and ocean dwelling. I won't speak about anything else for now so as not to ruin it.
They will be an intelligent species this time so they wont be belonging to Euphoria 21 :F
This here lad's name is Mezcalera (or Mez for short).
